Friendly staff all around. Affordable for an all inclusive but limited options. 15 minutes away from the airport which makes it very convenient. Rooms is a bit dated and need to be sprayed saw some big roaches in the room we stayed and at the restaurant too much flies crawling on the food. they need to have covering for the food. food gets cold too quickly. The sea weeds on the beach and in the water was a bit of a turn off. When we arrive the smell of the sea weed seems unbearable but by day two I never really realize the smell no more. Beach is vary shallow it would have been nice. They have 2 pools. Nice white sand beach to relax on, beach chairs and covered area. Daily activities and night shows even a disco room. Mostly Spanish speaker but one and two persons are fluent in English also and they are very helpful when I comes to translating. They have a concierge service, they guy was really helpful in arranging the right trip.
