After dropping family off at the airport, I wanted to try a local BBQ place. After finding this place I decided to head over and check it out. The smoker out front was giving off the best smells as you head inside. The menu is available both online and in the store and has a wide variety from your traditional BBQ to the new stuff with the impossible meat. I went with the standard brisket and two sides, I also added on the $1 burger. The burger is a simple grilled burger with a little BBQ sauce and a bun. The burger is amazing, a little crispy, and tangy from the BBQ sauce. The brisket wasn’t the traditional slices but large cuts of meat with BBQ sauce. It was very tender and the smoky/BBQ sauce flavors blended very well. I picked the coleslaw and Mac n cheese for my sides. The coleslaw wasn’t too sweet and was a mix of cabbage, kale, cranberries and pumpkin seeds. The Mac n cheese was recommended by the owner, it was a nice blend of noodles and queso. I enjoyed every bite of the meal and was very impressed. The owners are very friendly and do an amazing job. If you are in Midland and love BBQ, check out this place.
