If you haven’t tried this place yet it’s a must! Food is very good. Steaks are cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the double bone bourbon pork chop, it melts in your mouth and taste like candy. When you arrive salad is prepared at your table. The salad was very fresh and the homemade dressing was amazing. I didn’t care for the bread, it lacked flavor but everything is was delicious. No dress code required.
The restaurant is definitively a 4.5. Hidden gem in a town with not too many options. We found this place while traveling back from Naples.
Steaks are from IOWA, and cut in place by the butcher. Do not expect a soft piece of meat from Iowa. Expect Real meat, flavored, and marbled as meat should be.
Great baked onion soup with Havarti cheese with horseradish over a piece of popover bread. Delicious, perfectly prepared Prime rib sandwich, and possibly one of the best Prime steak burger I ever had. Very good steak fries.
VJ the bartender can prepare very good libations and is very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Leaving to their new location in Venice, FL. which we will definitively visit once open. Prices are better than good for what you get. Again a 4.5 for this area.
