OMG, come hungry and leave fat and happy!!! The sangria is great and comes in red or white, plus the to go sangria is a bonus. Definitely make a reservation during the weekend dinner time(duh) we waited about 45 minutes just to sit at the bar and I’d do it again in heart beat. Bartender was very knowledgeable, food comes out sporadically as it’s all small plates. If you only get one thing get the ribs!!!
This place is amazing! We are from KC and heard about Santiago’s from my brother. So glad we went! All the tapas we got were delicious, but our favorites were the cheese board and the truffle fries with parmesan. No other fry will ever be as good. Our server was also top notch. He kept our water glasses full and checked in often. If you’re in KW, you HAVE to go here,.
