A wonderful sales associate named Jocelin helped me find the right pair of shoes. It was a very busy Saturday afternoon, and I went in not knowing what I was looking for. Jocelin took the time to listen to what I needed in a pair of shoes, and put in the time to go back and forth to find different lines and sizes until I found the right pair. I noticed that the other sales associates were also patiently helping customers.
