This place has their act together. We arrived 15 minutes after they opened. The place was not even a quarter full, but we were told there was a 10 minute wait. It was obvious they were short staffed, like very place else this year. They were giving their staff time to do their jobs between diners. The hostess sent me a text with a link that told me our place in line, and tracked how long we had waited. Exactly after 10 minutes we were called to be seated. We had a great table on the top deck overlooking the river.
My wife had the lobster BLT and I had the fried oyster appetizer, and the lobster roll. Everything we had was delicious! The server (Frankie) was a very personable guy, and he made everyone smile. The restaurant was clean, and in excellent condition. Because of the location (right on the beach), we were reluctant to go to a “tourist trap”. Forget that. GO! It’s a tad pricey, but part of that comes from the price of lobster this year. Just go enjoy yourself. You only live once!
