The original guys from Swee Kee Singapore. Rice a bit too al dente. Prefers mine softer. The chicken is cooked to perfection, the marrows in the bone still red, like pre-H5N1 days but not blood flowing like old school HK style. Watery chili is potent. Ginger can improve. Will be back anytime I am nearby. Not a place where I will drive from Singapore just to eat but definitely will return.
