This is a special restaurant one of the best places to dine in the whole state of Massachusetts. The food is outstanding, the view and setting is even better. We ate out on the veranda and had some of the most amazing views ever. I couldn’t recommend twenty eight Atlantic highly enough. If you want a special meal on the Cape this is where you go!
