Came here for the bbq. You need to order at least 2 things and we ordered the prime ribeye and eel. It looks expensive when just looking at the menu but you get so much food!
First…all the side dishes that come provide a good assortment of flavors and textures. We got this shrimp salad that came out shortly after…which was very light and somewhat refreshing. Then they brought out a basket with some squid, shrimp, and veggies while cooking the meat for us. Later in the meal…a tofu soup and egg dish came out. Everything was yummy! The best part is none of this was ordered or mentioned on the menu so I can’t even say what’s included and what’s not. But this seems standard.
You’re given a little cup with some salt and pepper in oil to dip the meat. The prime ribeye was delicious. Exactly what you would expect from a prime ribeye steak. The eel was okay. We ordered it to not only have red meat but probably would’ve been better off with another meat of choice. There needed to be another sauce for it, which we didn’t have.
Overall it was a very satisfying meal. Servers were prompt and kind. They’ve earned a repeat visit from me!
