The last time I was there, the fact I couldn’t see didn’t stop me from being able to clearly see how happy, warm, and willing to help every employee was from the moment I walked in the door. Even as the first employee was helping someone, she stopped and let me know I would be helped shortly. Two seconds later the sweetest lady approached me from behind the counter, mind you I’m at the front of the store at this point, she walks me back and we get started. My glasses were stepped on so she instantly started trying to fix it. Luckily I was in warranty and was able to get them replaced! I told her the story of how it happened while recording a skit, I was even able to share it with her. The manager ended up coming out of the back, another super friendly and helpful face even from behind the mask. We got on the topic of my watch business and they gave me great feedback which I always appreciate. They expedited the delivery free of charge. I promised I would leave an awesome review and I make an effort to be a man of my word. If this wasn’t text book customer care, the book needs to be rewritten. Thank you so much Warby Parker you have a lifetime customer in me.
