An older brand that hasn’t really changed much. The buffet choices are mostly the same as what I remembered from maybe 20 yrs ago last time I was at a Sirloin Stockade. Which is maybe a good thing, it was the middle of the afternoon and the place was full of mostly elderly folks who one might assume will like things just how they are!
The food was fresh and all the pans were being replenished as needed. That’s important at a buffet in the middle of the day. What I did notice was a general lack of salt in the dishes I tried. Everything had to be slightly seasoned at the table. I’ve no problem with that and possibly part of the lure for the older crowd.
The restaurant was clean and well staffed, with some friendly waitresses. Restrooms were clean and there is plenty of free parking. Handicap access inside and out.
