My favorite is the Okra soup with Banku, Beef Suya and the Spicy Pepper Soup!
It was closed when we initially got there so we decided to find somewhere else. As we were waiting outside for an Uber, the restaurant opened so we went in and we were very glad we did.
We were pleasantly surprised with the food and service. Our meal was delivered within 10 mins of ordering and it was cooked to perfection.
I definitely recommend trying the Suya and Oxtail. The Jollof rice and plantain were on point.
Highly recommend this place. I’ll certainly visit again next time I’m in D.C.
