Ribs were delicious! Hands down the best thing we ordered. Brisket left me wishing it wasn’t as dry unfortunately. Chicken wings were just okay (they tasted double dipped and fried). Potato spirals were tasty ! We wrapped up with a green tea ice cream in a delicious deep fried sugar biscuit. Would definitely stop back in to have lunch – will just have to be more selective off the menu.
Always enjoy! Their crispy pork belly is worth it alone to come. Never had anything here we didn’t enjoy. Highly recommend.
(Un)popular opinion: This place puts all other BBQ places to shame.
The crispy pork belly had a scrumptiously crunchy crust with moist and succulent insides. The wings were bursting with flavor and the sauce was perfectly on point. I don’t think I’ve had better Korean Fried Chicken anywhere else, and I’ve had my fair share while living in California. The fire chicken was moist and slathered with delicious sauce and loaded with the cheesiest cheese I did ever (and I mean ever) seen.
I think this was some of the best meat I’ve had anywhere. If I lived in Charlotte, I would have all my birthdays, dates, and anniversaries here.
Top 3 place to eat in Charlotte, amazing drink menu. The flavors here so developed and really thought through. Must get the wings and try both spicy bbq and soy garlic! Be sure to use the gloves they are messy. Tacos are all out of sight delicious. The Mac and cheese is made with ramen! Egg rolls and corn are delicious…can’t go wrong here. It does add to the waist line…beware.
