Al Carbon Restaurant

This is a simple Salvadoran restaurant but the food tastes absolutely amazing. My favorite dish is the Lomo Saltado (strips of skirt stake cooked with green peppers and fries, served with rice, beans and salad)! The meet is perfectly seasoned, nothing I would change about it. But I’m not giving 5 stars because the beans—which I adore— is not seasoned at all. The people are nice and friendly and are always happy to see a new face.

Great flavors. Authentic. We are regulars and love the platter. Quick service and great margaritas.

Fresh food, very tasty and authentic. The pupusas are the best around. Wait staff are very friendly and helpful if you’re undecided. Outdoor seating out the side door.

Nice mom and pop authentic Latin/Mexican restaurant that uses a wood fire grill to make most of their food. Not everything on there menu is always available but the stuff that was, was all very tasty.
