I love eating at Canton. The food is amazing. If you want to taste Asian food at its finest… I recommend you eat here. The chef has been with them for at least 30 years. The wait staff has similar tenure and you will find them friendly and attentive. The food is authentic. I recommend you try the softshelled crab
