Had their Yellowstone skillet for breakfast and opted for the spicy elk sausage instead of buffalo sausage. Talk about the perfect combination of heat and flavor! Everything was cooked just right, and portion size was ample but not overwhelming. Service was prompt and smooth even with it being a full house. I’m looking forward to exploring their menu in the future.
I love to eat at Cowboy Cafe when in Sheridan. First there is the hometown feel one gets by walking down the side walk and entering into a small town Cafe. I have never been disappointed eating here. From burgers to salads, streaks to dessert, it is at Cowboy Cafe. But here is what really makes me happy; breakfast! Exceptional gravy, great sausage, and eggs perfected. Enjoy!
