Desi’s is a really chill, low-key bar and grill directly north of Liberty Station in Point Loma. They have a great beer selection and a full bar. They also serve remarkably good bar food. I highly recommend the chicken sandwich or the corndog. They have a jukebox, two pool, and the drinks and food are reasonably priced. An all-around good spot to hang out for an hour or two.
Update: During the pandemic, Desi’s discontinued their original kitchen and menu and brought in a third-party group to run their kitchen. The food is still great. Honestly, the food is better than anything at Stone Brewing, and Desi’s is only two blocks from there. The chicken sliders and the smash burger are delectable.
