We went there on Sunday morning for breakfast and were warmly welcomed by our hosts. I was impressed by the foot-press, self-service, sanitising pump by the main entrance as well as sanitisation of furniture (so you’re guaranteed to be Covid 19 – safe). Because it was quite chilli, our host lit the heater hot us to ensure we were nice and warm.
The general atmosphere, furniture, and decor gives the café an earthy effect and this is also reflected in the formulation of the names of the dishes offered on the menu. The menu has a broad selection of dishes to choose from, including sushi, hence, I’d recommend it for those who would like to challenge their palate to something new. In terms of taste, though, nothing mind blowing. A special thank you to our host, waiter and waitress who ensured we were comfortable and enjoyed our meal.
Overall, I’m glad that I tried a new dish, although it is on the pricey side when weighing portion size versus price. Gladly, there’s always something new to try out on their menu so do keep an eye out on their Earth Café Facebook page for regular updates. They’re open from Wednesday to Sunday.
