Immigrant Food’s third location, this one is inside Planet Word, a museum about language. Open at 11 a.m. Tuesday through Sunday, it’s a beautifully-decorated restaurant that gives back to the immigrant community. Employing many immigrants, the menu reflects different communities around the world.
There are tables inside and a bar as well as sidewalk outdoor seating. The stand in the very back is for takeout orders only.
I recently had their version of a bahn mi sandwich and really enjoyed it!
