This is my favorite meal @ Luca’s. It is named “Luca’s Way” on the menu under Schiacciata. I enjoy everything that I have ever ordered at Luca’s, but this has been my “go-to” order for at least 6 months or so. I used to have an addiction for any of the “Rolls” on the menu (especially the Steak Roll). Couple the “Luca’s Way” with a tall dark Lager (or two) and you will see that this combo is hard to beat.
