This place is the best Cashion food I’ve eaten outside of the South. Delicious hush puppies. The gator bites were fantastic. My daughter’s shrimp and grits were my favorite. Creamy grits with a stupendous remoulade. Red beans and rice and the jambalaya were well done. I recommend this if you want some good Cajun soul food in Cache County.
