- The Library opens at 0730, Monday – Friday, and 0900 on weekends. Visitors are not allowed in the Library before opening.
- The Library closes promptly at 1700, and on Tuesdays at 2000. All visitors are expected to leave the building before closing.
- Library staff are not authorized to allow visitors in the building outside of business hours, unless arrangements are made in advance with the Library Director and Conference Center manager.
