Happened to stop in while doing laundry a few weeks ago but the ladies were in a tizzy because they had family arriving from out of town, so I quietly snuck back out. I love to see family taking importance over money! Big Ups!
Today I was back to do laundry so took a chance, it was fairly empty and I ordered a meat pie and the sauk(sp?), the skewer. The skewer was very tasty, seasoned with a nice spicy powder mixture and served with chopped onions and tomatoes. An unassuming and perfect snack for the afternoon. The meat pie was nice and crisp, but the dough was a little too thick and the filling a little too sparse. I was 3 bites in before I got to the meat part. The filing itself was nicely seasoned. The people there were all very friendly and polite. I would go back to try some of the other dishes if I were in the area again.
