I’ve been to Virginia City once, and had only one hamburger, and this was it. And it was easily the best hamburger I’ve ever had in Virginia City. The house burger is a collection of well thought out and expertly curated ingredients. A monument comprised of bun stacked with double patties (medium well is the house specialty and only option) cheese, onions, lettuce, and any cindering sauce a true connoisseur of burgers would ask for and appreciate (ketchup/mustard/ranch). Order the palace burger, don’t request a desired meat temperature, and thank me later.
