Relatively small Vietnamese restaurant serving pha and basic Vietnamese food. I believe that some people will try to compare it to the Lotus cafe but they are different. While Lotus has more extensive menu, Tan Vinh wins if you like lighter pha broth. Both places serving booze including vodka and beer. Both has good service and delivery. Pha portions are huge. Please note that Tan Vinh doesn’t have a dedicated parking, so you will need to park in the parking garage near La Fitness or Elsworth place. 25/09/2021 – really good food. The only complaint – right now they add $1 for everything you are ordering to-go. Still competitive. Also they do check IDs if you want drink – I would say uncommon.
