This food is incredible. We were given the chance to sample before committing and there wasn’t a bad thing. The “Taste of Haiti” includes chicken that’s absolutely falling off the bone and decadent plantains. I’ll definitely be heading back to Cross Street Market if only to grab a plate from these wonderful folks.
Tried the chicken with rice, plaintains, and spicy slaw. It was so delicious and filling! The plantains were absolutely killer and the chicken was so tender and flavourful. Mango sauce on top rounded everything out perfectly.
Great value for all that you get!
