I suggest 2 things. 1. Wear old clothes and use the bib…pictured. 2. Come hungry. In the great state of La there is food unparalleled, including Tennessee cuisine. When I get a chance to make it, I do with as fresh seafood and sausage as can be found this far inland and away from the gulf coast, but tonight in Knoxville I had as good a dinner boil. They have it right with one small suggestion I have, put down another layer of paper when I come back. Crayfish were perfect, shrimp, corn, red potatoes were great if not a little big, still. Sausage and hot sauce were perfect for the ” hot” we ordered, and we both agree. Greeting, sat, waters, ordered, and quickly our server brought us our perfection in a bag. Fyi…for those who may not know, the Napkins are for when you finish eating and for holding your drink. See ya there
