Seminole Dining is proudly partnered with Aramark to bring diversity and innovation to the dining program at Florida State University. Aramark creates dining experiences based on social interaction, global research, and expert dietitian guidance to ensure the very best for the FSU community and student success.

The Suwannee Room features a diverse menu in an updated historic setting where you can grab a great meal at the heart of FSU’s campus. The open kitchen layout has been converted to a series of one-way travel patterns designed to encourage social distancing and to route patrons effectively to the dining options of their choice such as Homestyle, True Balance, Vegan and Deli/ Grill.

Suwannee Rooms provides meal options to go for everyone, including recipes that are low-calorie, vegan, vegetarian, and free from the top eight allergens which include diary, egg, fish, peanut, shellfish, soy, tree-nut, and wheat at the True Balance station.
