“Our center offers regular meditation sessions and meditation instructions every week. We also hold regular short meditation retreats as well as intensive weekend or week-long retreats and workshops. All of our programs are donation-based and open to everyone. You can find our schedule and a list of special events on our website. We encourage you to visit the center for any of our regular weekly programs, please arrive a few minutes earlier than the scheduled starting time to get settled in as we start promptly and lock our doors once we begin meditation. Retreats and special events usually require you to register through our website. Our center is not open outside of the times on our schedule of events on our website.”
