They don’t tell you about the automatic gratuity of 18% on your bill. I had called a few times to reserve the room and talked about pricing and such and no one ever mentioned the added fee so I felt very blindsided. I feel as though that should only be included if you buy food and such which of course isn’t included with the room, so it just doesn’t make sense. Some of the staff was nice and it’s convenient that they deliver the food and drinks to the room after ordering from the bar. However once our time was up my group and I felt very rushed to leave by the staff. They had a nice selection of songs though and the room and bathroom next to us was pretty clean so I appreciate that at least. Overall, not sure if I would come back.
I’ve been to lots of KTV bars. I really love karaoke. Unfortunately, I could not recommend this location less.
Videos consistently lag. You’ll be charged significant hidden fees like gratuity that you aren’t informed about, even when you did not receive wait service. You’ll receive no reminders for reservations made months in advance, even after city-wide changes to Covid policies and the advent of the spread of omicron. And they will provide no understanding and will charge you hundreds of dollars for bookings you don’t use even when they’re able to still make money on the room.
Poor experiences on location and poor customer service make this location not worth your time. I would definitely recommend going to other ktv bars in DC.
