This is my favorite place in Yellow Springs! Every time I visit I try something different and each time I have been impressed. My husband and I had a wonderful lunch today starting with the pretzels and bier cheese. The pretzels were brought out very hot, perfectly brown on the outside, soft and fluffy inside. The cheese had a rich beer flavor. We ate them so fast I unfortunately didn’t get a picture of the big beautiful pretzels so you will need to go in and order them yourself to see how awesome they are. My husband had a cheese burger and mashed potatoes. He reported both were delicious, they looked fantastic. I had the bourbon chicken salad with peanut cilantro dressing – WOW! I loved every bite. That dressing is outstanding. The service was also excellent!!
