Food is always good and could be more spicy but that’s just me. I feel like I always gotta add Hot Oil every time.

In the food court but off to the side with private seating. The scallion pancakes we’re good and so we’re the dandan noodles with BBQ pork. The pork was very lean and tender. Next time I’ll try the dumplings.

Food is very authentic to the Taiwanese taste. The is possibly the closest you can get to eating the true flavors of what you would experience from the food stands in the night markets of Taiwan. Be a little patient with the service as they are still new. But other than that, this place will not disappoint.

Just tried the Taiwanese beef noodle soup at Yong Kang Street. The noodles are chewy and flavor is on point. I most appreciate their choice of beef and am glad they didn’t choose leaner or less tendony cuts to appeal to broader people. It was delicious. Combine that with the sappy Chinese ballads that I’m accustomed to hearing anchor the sound track of a cheesy drama. This all made it a wonderful experience. Look forward to trying other dishes here

I can’t speak to how the rest of their food is, but the dumplings were phenomenal. Incredibly tender, and the sauce they paired with them was just the right level of subtly spicy. Plus, the space has the ideal “hole in the wall” vibe despite being in the middle of a mall. Will certainly come back.
The food here us great. The dan dan noodles and the HK soup were delicious. The portions for those were large for a single person. The dumplings we had were delicious, wish they were bigger, to compare the juicy pork dumplings we had were comparable in size to siomai at other restaurants.
