Bethesda Salt Cave & Spa has come a long way since we opened our doors in July 2014. Today we have branched out to become more than a salt cave, although our focus has remained committed to sharing and living a healing way of life.

Join us in our salt cave where you can recharge, leaning back in our zero gravity recliners or on our beautiful Guatemalan Handmade pillows. Ambient music will ease your spirit and help guide you deeper into a meditative state of mind.

When we opened we were the first dry salt therapy center in the State of Maryland, with our focus being on Halotherapy (dry salt inhalation therapy). Since then our services have grown , we wanted to encourage our clients to enjoy a holistic approach to their Health and Wellness.

Our holistic wellness center offers HaloTherapy, Massage, Skin Care, Ionic Foot Detox treatments, Intuitive Energy Clearing with world renowned author Terrie Christine and many amazing workshops and classes that cover everything from Aromatherapy, Meditation, Yoga, Stretching and a retail section that boasts amazing hand crafted bath and body products created by local artisans such as our Owners Max and Janine with their company The Blacksmith Daughter”.

In the spirit of mindfulness and enlightenment, we truly wanted to create a space that is deserving of rest and recovery for every being who enters. We have enjoyed every moment as we carve out this divine space where we know you will come and recover from the worlds chaos.
