Oh Tapas, my good Tapas, where art thee? in Guardado’s come look for me…
We had the Gambas Al Ajio (sorry no picture here) we ate it too quickly! the brandy adding a nice touch to the fried garlic and olive oil, the grilled salmon on a bed of chopped tomatoes and capers made was done really well, Tilapia in a demi red wine butter sauce, papas fritas—deep fried potatoes with aioli and tomato sauce felt just right and the special of the day, mushrooms stuffed with Shrimp was indeed special.
In all, great value for money, terrific portions, fresh produce, and a range of paellas and main courses still to try. The Paellas looked especially inviting and that will be our next order… until then a solid 4.5 stars for great food and great service!
