As far as truck stops go, Joplin 44 Petro is the best I’ve ever seen 
they have an entire section with truck parts and another section that is a gift shop with tons of stuff to browse through. They also have the usual chain fast food restaurants and coffee shop. When we visited they were having a truck show and the place was pretty packed. If you are driving through Joplin, stop by to stretch your legs
