Profile
Locally owned and operated French Quarter bar and restaurant. Home of the Hurricane!
Hands down a must see in Nola. So much personality, gorgeous setting. Great outdoor garden. And of course the best hurricanes in town.
Had a blast here. Yes it’s definitely a tourist spot but I’m a tourist and I don’t care. The hurricanes are massive and delicious but what really made it fun was the different areas of the bar. Outside with the fountain was a nice spot to sit and listen to popular music being played but inside the piano lounge was also a ton of fun. Definitely a must-stop on your French Quarter bar crawl.
So far I’ve tried the World Famous Hurricane, The Mint Julep, and the Bloody Mary. All were well made and tasted amazing. The Hurricane and the Mint Julep especially are on the stronger side, whereas the Bloody Mary doesn’t have as much alcohol, but has a nice spicy taste that I enjoyed. I’ve only been twice, but the service both times was fantastic. The wait staff seems to be a little busier, so just be aware of that possibility and be patient with them. It’s worth it. 10/10 will visit again.
Great place to eat, drink and talk! So many great people to just sit and chat with!
